Alicia Knollman

Alicia Knollman has been with Cedar Oaks for just over a year. She started as Director of Nursing in December 2022 and in that time has focused on supporting and growing her nursing team—assuring our clients have the best care possible.  

Alicia has 10 years of nursing experience, including advanced care, med-surg, and inpatient psychiatric treatment. In her years as a nurse, Alicia discovered a passion for working with underserved communities, especially those struggling with addiction and mental health concerns.  Alicia has found in that time that connection and humor serve in healing as much as medicine and can often be found cutting up and laughing with staff and clients. 

In her free time Alicia enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, movies, and getting outside whenever she can—which makes the setting of Cedar Oaks ideal!
